Authors are invited to send their application as soon as their paper is submitted; but grants will be pending paper acceptance. The selection will be based on the author’s potential or demonstrated aptitude for research and will also take into account the author’s financial situation. Applicants from all regions and career stages are encouraged to apply with preference given to earlier careers.
