EuCAP 2020 will not take place from 15-20 March 2020 due to Coronavirus situation
This Friday 06 March 2020, the Danish government has introduced additional measures to counter the developing Coronavirus situation; among other measures, the government announced that meetings with more than 1000 participants should be cancelled or postponed.
The 14th European Conference on Antennas and Propagationn - EuCAP 2020 - in Copenhagen can thus not take place as planned from 15-20 March 2020.
This is a tremendous disappointment to the A&P community in general, and to the European Association on Antennas and Propagation (EurAAP) and the EuCAP 2020 Conference Organising Committee (COC) in particular.
We were looking very much forward to welcoming you to a grand EuCAP with more than 1500 participants , more than 1200 papers, more than 50 exhibitors, and more than 25 sponsors.
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to your company, but peoples’ health and safety must have first priority.
Since we are so close in time to the week where EuCAP 2020 would have taken place, all financial, organizational, and practical arrangements have been set up.
Hence, there will be a significant amount of work in the coming days to handle this new situation. In parallel with this, we are currently investigating several options as alternatives to the initial setup in all best interest.
